Shipping

Delivery is only available to addresses within Canada.

We work with our partner carriers to arrange daily pickups on weekdays, ensuring that your purchases reach your doorstep as quickly as possible. Any orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped via express delivery the following day.

Express Delivery

Packages will be sent using Canada Post Priority service (2 business days).

Additional charges apply when packages exceed the volume or weight allowed by the delivery rate.

Returns and Process

At Freyja.vip, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for:

- Defective items within 30 days of delivery.

- Unworn, tagged items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

For non-defective returns, we offer store credit instead of refunds to ensure a seamless shopping experience while maintaining fairness for our customers and business.

Please note: We do not accept exchanges.

Return Process

Email us at support@freyja.vip with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond with a return authorization and instructions for sending your items back.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, you’ll receive a confirmation and your refund/store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties, bodysuits, or final sale items.

Refunds and Dispute Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and approved. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.

If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase so we can resolve them promptly.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. If you need to cancel, please email support@freyja.vip with your order number as soon as possible.
